Easigrip scissors are extremely lightweight with plastic handles and stainless steel blades. As they require only a gentle squeeze to operate them, they can be used between fingers and thumb or fingers and palm of the hand. They can be used either right or left-handed.
Various styles are available including the Chiropodist Scissors with long loop handles that allow the whole hand to be used for controlling the scissors which is ideal for those with a weak grip. The extended shank helps users who have difficulty bending. The angled blades give a good cutting position, with the top blade being slightly serrated to stop it from slipping.
